Description
A unique course that aims to discuss new paradigms in strategy.
As the title suggests, this course is about strategy in the new world. The internet is flooded with strategy-related content; however, most of it reflects the traditional strategy concepts that have existed for the last 5-6 decades. While the traditional concepts are important, and some of them still hold ground, they can’t really help organizations build winning strategies in the age of disruption. Accordingly, the whole emphasis of this course is to decode the new thinking that has strategic implications for organizations. The new thinking in strategy includes disruptive themes, emerging themes, and the future of strategy. Completing this course will help you become a better leader and strategist as you gain the knowledge that is relevant to today and the future.
By the end of this course, you will have a new playbook for strategic thinking, filled with thought-provoking insights that can be immediately applied in your professional life, empowering you to navigate complexity and craft winning strategies.
The course duration is only 70 minutes. This course has been deliberately kept short as I fully acknowledge the busy schedule of students and professionals. The idea is to disseminate the most relevant subject knowledge in as little time as possible. I sincerely hope that I have succeeded in this attempt.
