Description

Dear candidate for the RMP-PMI exam, as a Risk Management Professional who obtained the certification in 2024, I am preparing this course with the intention of transmitting my experience and knowledge in the standard questions that may come to you in the exam.

I have had the opportunity to review extensive material on the subject before taking my RMP-PMI exam and in this course I am presenting only the questions that were closest to the standard questions that I received in the exam. The questions I present to you have been taken as the basis of the PMI Standard for Risk Management in Portfolios, Programs and Projects. I hope they are very useful to you for your exam.

The exams contain all risk management processes: Risk Planning, Risk Identification, Risk Analysis, Risk Response and Risk Monitoring and Closing.

As a recommendation and tips for success in your exam, I would tell you that you take the exams in 02 times: at the beginning of your study planning and at the end of your planning. At the beginning, identify the knowledge gaps you have and make an effort to study these parts; later at the end, so that you can evaluate whether you are already prepared. A good recommendation is that in your simulator you obtain a minimum grade of 75%; If so, don’t waste any more time and go take your exam! Good luck!

Who this course is for:

  • Project managers, risk managers and team leaders looking to improve their risk management skills and obtain a recognized certification to advance their careers.
  • Professionals in the field of project management seeking a structured and interactive learning experience to understand and apply risk management principles effectively.
  • Students, researchers and people interested in the field of risk management
