  • Case Studies have also been added that reference the work of Alex Zhavoronkov, PhD, the founder and CEO of Deep Longevity,

This is a very very very unusual course.

I started making a course about the key factors leading to a longer life. It was only when I had looked at various studies and read about the Blue Zones that I received an email from someone who is actually ON one of my courses. He – Fernando – asked about this course – extending your life – and then pointed out that his grandfather was 103 – still alive – and was living in a country where the life expectancy is (for male) 70.

The country?

Venezuela – a country where millions are fleeing and thousands are dying owing to the deteriorating conditions.

Fernando told me he was coming to Oxford (UK) and would I like to make a course about ageing, using him for anecdotal evidence?

I agreed and this course is the result.

I go through nine factors that affect longevity and see – with a sample size of 1 – whether they are followed by Fernando’s Grandfather.

Throughout the course I refer – a lot – to published studies as well as anecdotal evidence.

Make sure you put the suggestions into action!
