The one thing that sets humans apart from all other species on Earth: rationality. The evolution of the human mind has helped us overcome severe conditions, adapt and thrive in nature, and create innovations beyond our initial imagination.

However, our own minds can sometimes limit us as they become riddled with negativity, overwhelm, and confusion in the dynamic modern world. At Girl Power Talk, we are a team of ambitious people who believe in the power of will and our conscious minds to both propel us and limit us. We believe that a positive mind is one’s strongest asset and is crucial to living one’s full life.

The course is developed to help you realize your potential by mastering your mind and changing your perspective. It will walk through the importance of purpose and set a plan on how to find yours, how to set boundaries and function at optimal energy, and how to avoid sabotaging yourself by the negative voice in your head.

This course was designed by our beloved member, Jobelle who was a stage 4 cancer amputee warrior. While Jobelle passed on after a brave fight, her personality, optimism, and will to live life to the fullest continue to inspire our team. We are proud to bring her knowledge and happiness to the world to honor her memory.
