This course is a review of the Doctoral Capstone Experience of an Occupational Therapy student. It explores the development of the experience by the student through the completion of a Needs Assessment as well as the completion of a literature review through a Critically Appraised Topic. While de-escalation is a main topic of the experience, additional topics include creation of environmental modifications, exploration of a novel state organization, and development of an inservice presentation about functional impairments.
