Hello, I’m Tracey and I’d like to share with you something personal. I too once had unimaginable digestive issues (IBS, leaky gut, candida) I couldn’t eat anything and my quality of life was awful – this is 100% linked to stress and trauma. If I can heal my body and even create a business out of my healing, the sky is also the limit for you, beyond health.
Growing up in an abusive environment was normal in the culture and household I was raised in, and I felt very unsafe feeling and expressing my emotions and was oppressed by a controlling and strict parent who influenced me to believe I did not have my natural right to feel, express and be myself without getting punished. I was expected to be perfect and do things perfectly. I was never good enough and I spent my life trying to gain approval. All of this made me constantly anxious, chasing and performing. Fast forward, years later after painful and expensive trial and error – I concluded that ultimate healing was within me as it is within you. Feeling, validating and expressing the stuck and trapped emotional stress from the past and healing codependency was the way and IS THE TRUE WAY to personal power and transformation.
