The material in this course has been sourced from the author’s practical experience of 30 years of successful management.The target audience is anyone in a management role, ideally with line management responsibility for a team of people. The course is aimed at:Graduate TraineesNewly promoted managersExperienced Managers looking to gain promotionThe Course uses the JDI Framework, which measures an individual’s potential against 3 indicators, Judgement, Drive and Influence. The framework is used by organisations to recognise and develop talented people.There is a lecture and quiz for each indicator in the framework (Judgement, Drive and Influence). Each lecture provides examples of behaviours that can easily be mastered. The lectures contain real life examples of how the opportunities were used by the author.By the end of the course you will have created a short list of opportunities to take away and practice in your job. The opportunities can be used to support your Personal Development plan and can be shared with your line manager at your next review.
